This is the 8th patch in the Begonia 2.1 series.

Notable Changes
----------------

Apache2 security configuration and upgrade mariadb to the latest patch level.

* Set LimitRequestBody on apache configuration to prevent
  Denial of Service attacks.
* Set ServerTokens to Prod on apache configuration to hide the version
  information.
* Set ServerSignature to Off on apache configuration to hide
  the server information on the error page.
* Upgrade the mariadb version to 10.11.13 which is the latest version at
  the moment.
